May 29, 2026 - BlueFlag Security today announced it has joined the Fortinet Fabric-Ready Technology Alliance Partner Program, enabling integration between the BlueFlag identity-first SDLC security platform and Fortinet’s Security Fabric ecosystem. The collaboration includes a BlueFlag integration with Fortinet technologies including SIEM to help organizations better protect the software supply chain by improving visibility into developer identities across development environments.
Recent breaches have shown how attacks often begin in development environments. The Shai Hulud NPM worm, for example, spread after attackers used compromised developer credentials to inject malicious code into trusted packages. BlueFlag helps organizations uncover these risks by analyzing how identities interact with developer tools and CI/CD pipelines across the software development lifecycle including the software supply chain.
The integration of BlueFlag and Fortinet products allow insights from development environments to reach security operations teams and support faster detection and response. Security teams can incorporate insights from development environments into their broader monitoring and response workflows.
“Fortinet is one of the leading cybersecurity companies in the world, and joining the Fabric-Ready Program is a significant milestone for BlueFlag,” said Raj Mallempati, Co-Founder and CEO of BlueFlag Security. “By integrating our identity-first SDLC security platform with the Fortinet Security Fabric, we’re helping organizations close gaps between development and security operations.”
“Fortinet’s open ecosystem enables customers to leverage best-in-class technologies and integrated security solutions across their security environments,” said Neil Prasad, Vice President and Head of Global Technology Alliances at Fortinet. “Collaborating with BlueFlag helps improve visibility and protection against identity-related risks across the software development lifecycle and software supply chain.”
The Fortinet Fabric-Ready Technology Alliance Partner Program brings together a community of global technology partners with specialized expertise and makes available resources and tools to facilitate integration. As a program member, BlueFlag will collaborate with Fortinet on helping enterprises strengthen DevSecOps and software supply chain security.
